I would like to lay a formal complaint against agent Kerusha.
I contacted the Momentum Health department to make a change to my debit for the month of June.
I was asked for my Membership number I informed the agent that I don't have that on hand and if I can give her my ID number, she accepted.
She picked up the wrong person with my details, I then told her that the person she is confirming details for is not me.
After a while of not picking up my details she asked me if my medical aid is with the company I told her I don't have a medical aid with Momentum and that I have a policy with Momentum. She told me that Momentum does not deal with policies, before I can ask for the correct department she cut the call on me.
This is absolutely pathetic from a call centre agent who is supposed to be providing a service.
