Cancellation Of Medical Aid

My name's Miss YNaidoo, I joined the medical aid on the 1July on 12 July my baby and I went to visit the network GP where I discovered that I was pregnant. On Saturday I called momentum and advised of my condition. On Sunday I started bleeding and went to the hosital. I was referred to the gyne. The gyne discovered that the pregnancy was Ectopic and needed to be removed urgently. They contacted Medical aid for an auth number and was told more infor was needed and a non- disclosure would needed to be filled to show I didn't know I was pregnant b4 going on. All was done. This Morning a Sashintha from auths call to advise that the medical was terminated due to non-disclosure when I signed the acceptance form, how can I declare something I wasn't even aware of when I signed the forms, she also told me that it's my negligents and I should have been on the pill. That's an uncalled for statement like that. And now I'm in danger of losing my life. I was honest I didn't know I was pregnant when I took out the medical aid. The service and morals are disgusting. I don't Advise any one taking Momentum Health for youself or family, when the time comes for them to pay they terminate the medical
