I registered for Maternity benefits with Momentum on 16/04/2013, lady on the phone said that I should receive a BOOK and letter from the medical aid. I waited and called back on 03/06/2013 to ask where this apparent BOOK is, as I have not received it as yet. I get a rather surprising reply like it is really a BOOKLET NOT A BOOK and that should make any difference I googled the author and the title of this so called BOOK and this is a BOOK and not a booklet as referred too by again Ms Chamaine 18/06/2013. I called in today 18/06/2013 to confirm the delivery of this book and the lady says to me that the system has this book for delivery and she doesn't know what to do beyond this as the book was requested twice. Firstly I am paying Momentum they are not doing me a favour and if there is a book on Maternity I want this book end of story. It is so sad to see people not making an effort to help the customer. Disgusted as I am I wanted the manager of the call centre to phone me back but still not reply. I even offered to pick the book up from Momentum but its not in their policy, MAYBE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! If this is how I get treated I will move medical aid sadly
