I Feel Robbed, And I Want All My Money Back

I signed up for momentum medical ain in march, and to this day I have not received my medical aid card, nor any documents yet I pay medical contributions every month. I have requested for my card to be delivered on 4 different occasions and to this day I wait. The agent I signed with has not stopped assisting because Im assuming her responsibility ends when I start paying monthly.

I recently requested that I do not want this card anymore and I would like a full refund as I don't see the point of why I am wasting my money. It was forced down my throat on a response that the card will be delivered within 2 weeks when I clearly stated I do not want it anymore. A month later, that card is still not delivered.

Horrible service from Momentum Health. I hate everything about them and I want all my money back.
