Ought the car in february

I bought the car in February 2013 at cape city vw cape town golf 5 2.0 fsi..the car is only 2 months old and I've got a problem with a door lock left front passenger seat, i called them and report the issue last week Tuesday till now i haven't got feedback and now everyone is passing the back and yet im not assisted..i only got bad service from this dealer, bad service offered and they want me to pay for the repair an amount of R2000 because they say my warranty covers R2500 and that wasn't explained to me when i bought the car im not happy. how can you pay for a problem if only the car is 2 months old and its not your faulty..no one is willing to help me in this branch. At this stage i regret buying the car from this dealer.
