I must say I was really disappointed the way vw airport is handling my query, I bought a car from VW not so long ago, and it's only 22 000 km on the clock, i report an engine problem on my car which is still under warranty. First they took my car for 3days and told me problem was fixed, drove my car and experienced the same issue, took it to a different dealer and they did some test came back with a faulty engine. First I received bad service in teams of them giving me feedback, I had to call Them every two hours demand feedback. They them told me to collect my car only to find that it wasn't fixed, they then told me to leave it behind but I requested for a loan car but was told they wasn't any available. I was then told that nothing can be done I have to stay without a car and if I keep driving my in that state warranty will not fix my car. VW is, I regret buying a car from them and and as a woman I bought a new car so that I wouldn't have any problems and now I'm left with no car for month and there's nothing that VW can do about it. How do I get to work? how do I do my site visits? should I lose my job just because of stupid VW? So people please think twice before you
