Ripping us off for Rubbish! Unpleasant Car Brand

And where is my ridiculously expensive key? Ordered 03-04-12. I was told in 3 weeks, maximum (however it is actually 10 days) No one calls me tell me of delays, after I follow up by going to the brand after ten days, and after 3 weeks. I am told there is a problem and will be called back by the end of the day. NO one bothers to call, until I do the next day. That is because Renault does not give an ounce of consideration for their clientele. Today I was stuck on a road side parking because Renault didn't send my key in time.
Everything is outrageously expensive. They ride on: " No we bring in every part from abroad" Hello, then keep stock in the country! Meet your clients halfway! Renault cars nothing but their profits. Worse of all after spending thousands upon thousands, the resale value is rubbish! this is a nonsense brand and with a all the hundreds of people i know, I will never encourage anyone to buy Renault. This brand is an absolute waste of time and Plenty, plenty of money.
