Please note that this same complaint was sent to Nissan SA on the 15 February @ 02: [Email Removed] and no reply! This issue was also raised with Nash Nissan and we are still waiting for them to phone us back (we phoned them on 15/02/2013 @ 9h00 am!)
I bought an brand 'new" NP200 at Nash Nissan in July 2011. After I bought the vehichle I realised that the Bright Headlight (r) was not working. At 5000km the clutch packed up and the car was at the dealer for 1 week - no alternative transport was offered, before the 15000km the clutch packed up again - 1 week at the dealer no transport offered - both times we asked for an Auto electrician to look at the problem they told us that there is no Problem?? We were charged for 2 globes as they are not covered in the warranty- this light did not work from day 1, at the 30000km reported the problem again - globe. At the 45000km service last week I made it very clear that we need an Auto electrician to sort the headlight out, it took them 2 days for the service and to sort the "problem" out - we were again without a "new" car for 2 days? I was not charged for a globe but no headlights / indicator at this stage?!
