Dissaponted not getting what I paid fo

I bought a Chery Tiggo 1.6TX on the 14th February 2013. from Buffalo Auto Centre, in East London.

When I took delivery of the vehicle I notice it had a couple of issues The dealer ship seen to the minor issues, however 8 months later my biggest issues was not resolved. i.e. Side view mirrors rattling and wind noise, I was assisted by the work shop manager Mike when I took delivery of my vehicle after repairs, and was told that the side view mirrors was default and that cherry re - designed the mirrors, and they will put it on back order for me. My vehicle went in today for a service and I've raised my concerns once again with the dealer.

? Windscreen wiser
? Clips that keeps on coming of front doors
? Passenger seat loose and make a noise when an actual passenger is in transit
On collecting my vehicle after the service the following comments was made
? Side view mirrors - Chery don't issue new mirrors (that after I was told 8 months ago it was on order) this mean I have to travel with a vehicle that mirrors shake and rattle all the time and cause wind noise
? Windscreen wiser - standard?? driver seat loose - factory fault they don't fix?
