Golf 6 GTi door clicking issue

I had a golf 5 gti, no issues with the car and was quite happy with it. I recently bought me the golf 6 GTI from VW capecity. When im driving i keep on hearing this cracking noise from my left hand door. I took the car to Capecity VW, Paarl VW and Worcetor VW. All the branches spray a silicon substance in the door which does not solve the issue and keeps on dripping. It is a sticky substance and i keep on cleaning it with handy andy.

This car is so expensive. Volkswagen keeps on waisting my money by letting me drive to different branches not reimbursing me for their mistake. THis car is still under warranty. How do you expect me to ever buy a Golf again if you can not even sort out a issue like this. This kind of cars does not come cheap. If you want me to get the golf 7, make a plan and fix it! I am really getting fedup with the service and i am thinking of turning to another brand. If this does not get sorted I will make sure to inform other people about such small issues which VW can not even sort out.
