Nearly 6 months to register a car

I bought a Freelander in September 2013 at Waterford's, near Fourways. I explained I come from Cape Town and so needed the car registered there. No worries it will only take a couple of weeks. I've been waiting nearly 6 months and still no registration papers. Each dealer blames the other, giving me a load of excuses. Really, the worst service I've ever experienced from a Landrover dealer and I've bought a few of them in my time!
