Factory fault but Mccathy or Renault wont accept

Bought a Renault Logan 1.6 from Renault / McCarthy Germiston branch in 2010 November, within few weeks after the purchase the salesman gave me a call to check if everything was ok told him had a problem with REVERSE gear he told me to bring the car for them to check. Since then they never sorted the problem was told I need to put car to Gear 2 first when I want to reverse, I have other problems which caused me to take the car to Renault / McCarthy Germiston on many occasions and they never really sort the problems immediately or completely up until 2012 when I fell pregnant and drove less.

Currently my baby is 7 months took the car in for same problem REVERSE gear 04 November 2013 and car not having power when driving up hill, told them had a near death experience when I was driving with my baby, truck wanting to turn at the robot but I couldn't reverse was shocked and scared. Only to be told I quote" FOUND CLUTCH IMPROPERLY ADJUDTED and was told verbally to put car on Gear 2 when I want to reverse" and that was their solution, left the car with the dealer & awaiting for Bernadette to call from Renault customer service. I was called to be told Warranty is expiring on the 8th No
