Two months and still don't have my ca

I took my car in to Renault Bryanston on 25 November 2013. There was a problem on my 3rd gear, making a scratchy noise when switching to 3rd gear. Renault S.A told me that they have to order the part as they don't keep stock in S.A. After phoning once a week to get feedback I was told that they are still waiting for the part to arrive in S.A. Eventually in the second week of January 2014 the part arrived, after 6 weeks.

To top it up the wrong part arrived, instead of the 3rd gear the fifth gear arrived. THIS CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!

I phoned in last week to get some feedback, I was told that they are fighting with head office about the wrong part. Today's date is 20/01/2014 I still don't have my car.
