Renault requesting me to send my renault elsewhere

Hi,

Renault Bethal serviced my car but, could not help me with an electrical problem.

I love Renault I think they are good cars however, I was shocked when I was told to take my car elsewhere for a problem. For a moment it felt like I am driving a no name brand car. My car has an electrical problem. When I press the brake pedal the right indicator lights come on. To me this looks like a fairly simple problem of a short circuit between the right indicator circuit and the brake light circuit. I would like my car to be repaired by Renault and not anyone else.

I am massively dissapointed in Renault. In future they should inform us their customers that they only service the engine and nothing else. I have had an electrical problem with a BMW and BMW repaired it I was never told to go look for an auto electrician.

Renault makes nice cars but if they cannot fix them whats the point?

My Renault Megane II is old but I will never take it outside Renault for service. I pay Renault premiums because I like the convenience and reliability that it comes with.

I am massively dissapointed in Renault.
