It is 2 months since I took delivery of my new Sandero, a hail damaged vehicle, with a small dent that had not been fixed. It took a month for McCarthy to take the car in, they kept it for a week and it came back with a new dent in the door. Also a rattling drivers side seat belt that they said the technician couldn't hear - probably because he didn't drive my car! When we phoned to find out when the dent would be seen to we were told by Chris Strydom that we bought the car "voetstoets". That word was never mentioned in fact we were assured by the salesman that all would be seen to asap. We have contacted Renault SA - no response - McCarthy - no response. Please tell me whatever has happened to good old fashioned after sales service & common courtesy?
