Ignoring Koleos history of problems and bad servic

Renault South Africa is providing the worst service ever. I bought a Koleos in May 2012 and in August already it was giving me problems with the fuel gauge giving incorrect readings and jumping up and down. It took two weeks to get fixed having to drive to Renault Menlyn and Fountains. Also reported the gear problem where it did not want to out of first gear. Nothing was done as they could not find a problem. Another few months later (February) the car started to shudder when you brake. That took another three trips to Renault Menlyn to get the problem resolved. The last problem was again the Gearbox (, which was reported in August. This time the car went from Menlyn to Fountains where it stood for three weeks as parts were not available. Fountains did not have any courtesy cars and it ended up with Yvonne from Menlyn providing me wit a car. During this whole period I was complaining about the car that needs to be assessed as it is s problem car and no one did anything to resolve it. That includes the Liezel Botha (Regional Operations Manager) and Sharon Beck Customer Care that still has not responded to my complaints in three weeks. I will never buy a Renault again.
