PLEASE BE AWARE!!! Violation Of Consumer Rights

I purchased a car as a demo model and the bumper was damaged by an employee of Renault. This is not my fault but a fault of Renault and they are not willing to replace the bumper! The bumper is being repaired for the3rd time. I have been in contact with the principal dealer, manager, salesmen and head office of McCarthy Renault but they all are not meeting consumer standards. I was 110% guaranteed the car will be sorted as discussed. Now that Renault has received the payment nobody wants to take responsibility to resolve the issues as promised. I have been to and mislead as this is not my field of practice and I am unaware of vehicle components and pricing. I have been taken advantage off because of my inexperience and lack of knowledge regarding vehicles. McCarthy Renault is misleading their customers when they say they are 110 percent committed. What happened to 'Quality Renault Service? 'One of my concerns as a customer is, if I was to on so many occasions, what are they other customers off??? I have posted a warning to consumers on their facebook page and they have deleted that which shows how guilty they are. I URGE CUSTOMERS TO PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
