Very poor service

I bought a Logan 1.6 Expression in December 2009. The vehicle was registered on 20/01/2010. On 23 May 2013, I took my car for the 60 000km service at MaCarthy Nissan in Germiston. One of the issues I had was that the heat gauge was fluctuating between two lines and four lines while the car was driving. I had the same problem in April 2012, when I took it to Renault Vaal, and the thermostat was subsequently replaced under warranty. Late in 2012, the problem started again. So I had it looked at during the last service.
My main complaint is that the dealer that did the service, told me that for me to have the warranty claim approved, they need the vehicle registration papers to see when it was registered. As I only had the first license disc issue document, I took it to the dealer, whereupon I was told that it is not acceptable, and that Renault wants the registration papers. Papers I do not have since the vehicle is on HP. This evening I received a call from the service center, and was told that Renault SA wants the invoice of when the car was sold.
