Poor service and workmanship

Hello Peter. i bought a groupon voucher for major service on my runx. after dropping my car at the garage they called me to explain a dodgy story about how they conduct their service. they asked me if i have any finances for additional issues that may arise from them conducting a diagnostic check and told the person who called me to inform about the issues as they arise. he told me they do not work in that manner and if i do not have the finances i should reschedule my service until then. i asked them if anything had been done to the car or not and he said they did nothing. i put the call down to go fetch me car. on my arrival my car was a mess. it had oilish hand prints on the body, my bumper lip was off and my boot mats were lying on top of my subwoofer and to top it all the used my socket to do their job. out of frustration i took my car and drove home. later in the afternoon i decided to check my car thoroughly and i found that they drained my oil and never informed me, my engine cover bolts were missing and the covers were scratching the ground as i drove. i want nothing to do with the garage but i feel people must be informed with regards to such places.
