It has been 2 months today since I took delivery of my new Sandero. It was a hail damaged car with a dent in that had been overlooked. It took McCarthy Germiston a month to take the car in & when I got it back it had a new dent in the door. Also a rattling drivers side seat belt hadn't been seen to, we were told that the technician couldn't find the noise, probably because he never drove the car!! When we phoned to find out when the new dent & seat belt would fixed, we were told by Chris Strydom that we bought the car "voetstoets" That word was NEVER mentioned to us by the salesman or anyone else it's a brand new car for goodness sake. We contacted Renault SA - no response - we contacted McCarthy Germiston - no response. Please tell me whatever happened to good old fashioned after sales service & common courtesy? To date we have not had one call from McCarthy or Renault to find out if we are satisfied or happy with the new car. I have had better service from a lawnmower company!!!
