KFC Celtis Ridge ran out of chicken

On 09/03/2013 at about 19:58 I went through drive through in KFC Celtice Ridge in Centurion, after giving my order I paid then the lady told me to wait for 2 minutes for chicken, then I parked my car.that was at 20:11 then later at about 20:22 I went inside to go ask what was going on because I saw that there was a lot of cars waiting in the parking for the same thing, then when I got there I asked for my orde the ladies over the counter called the manager because I told them that I want my money back. Then the manager came and asked me for my order, I told him then he got one of the ladys to bring it for me, in less thatn 2 minutes my order was ready which showed me that they just kept it there, but they promised me that they will bring it to the car within 2 minutes, and also the chips was cold alredy, so after that lady gave me my orde I realised that the toy she gave me was for boys, then I called her and asked her tthat why didn't she ask me if the toy is for a boy or girl, then she said "that the only toy we have" then I asked the manager to bring me another one... long story short, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT KFC. There was a lot of people complaining that day.
