Romans Pizza
Pathetic Manager & waiting for an hou

We were doing renovations at our house and asked friends to come and help and in return we would provide them with pizza. I placed a telephonic order at the Southdowns branch in Centurion for 10 medium pizzas. I asked the person how long it will take, and she confirmed that it will take 15min. I asked her if she's sure as it is a big order and she said yes, only 15min. I arrived 20min later to pick up the order, just incase it took a bit longer. When I got there the order was not yet ready. After 40 MINUTES I asked why is it taking so long as I was told telephonically that the order will only take 15 minutes, and it's already 40 minutes later. After 55 minutes I asked to speak to the manager, as this is unacceptable (By the way, I was not the only one waiting this long for their order). When the manager appeared from the back, he didnt even great me. He came and stood infront of me, and said NOTHING.Not even a hallo! I asked him if he was the manager and he just nodded. Not even asking me how he could help. I told him that we have been waiting for almost an hour and this is riduculous. He jsut stood there, we didnt even get a sorry. Incompetent! And the pizza were cold! We want to be compensated!
