Yesterday's chicken (awful)

I went to kfc on saturday morning cause my son loves kfc when i placed my order i asked the lady is the chicken fresh she answered yes cause i told her i did not want yesterday's chicken so i was happy and i am sure that the manager heard me because she was talking to another customer when i went home and opened the box i was shocked i could see that the chicken was stale and to make matters worse the pieces were so small it looked like they fried chicks extremely disappointed i threw the chicken away and ate the chips etc i always have a problem at this branch and the reason i go there is for convenience sake i spent alot of money on saturday at kfc and how do you guys intend to compensate my money and time cause this is personally ridiculous as kfc is a very big franchise i hope to hear from you soon minnesh maharaj PS if i don't get the correct feedback from you i will always buy my chicken from chicken licken from now please advise asap
