Manager not doing her jo

Good day,
I placed an order at 12:23 at Debonairs Pizza in Rosebank Mall and as written on their advertisements, I expected my counter order to be done in Ten minutes. But no, people came in and out and i was still there. I then enquired with this Qinisa manager about why its taking so long, to which she just looked at me. I told her I'm talking to her and she said she is busy with another customer.. I told her I've been here for far toolong and she said I'm not the only one. I told her i want to cancel the order since she cant give me the right answers. She said she cant cos the food is still in the oven. i TOLD HER I DONT CARE I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THE LADY AT THE BACK ASKED HER TO APOLOGISE TO ME AND SHE JUIST CARRIED ON AND SERVED ANOTHER CUSTOMER. SHE THEN SAID I SHIOULD WAIT FOR TWO MINUTES. WHEN I ASKED TO KEEP THE SLIPS SHE TOLD ME SHE CANT COS THEY NEED IT FOR RECORD PUPORSES- I TOLD HER IF SHE MANAGED TO GIVE THE WHITE GUY BEFORE ME, SHE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE ME TOO, . SHE GAVE IT TO ME THEN I ASKED HER TO WRITE DOWN HER NAME. SHE DID AFTER I ASKED HER FOR THE SECOND TIME.the service there and that lady doesnt deserve to be the manager. she should manage herself!
