30 minutes for an ice-cream

It was my unfortunate privelage to visit the abovementioned store at around 9:30 on Sunday 27 May 2013. We ordered 3 McFlurry's, and at the paypoint in the drive-through lane the lady working at the cashier was rude in telling us to drive forward as they were not going to bring our order there (there were other cars ahead of us). Upon reaching the delivery window we were told like every single other customer ahead of and behind us to go and park. 20 minutes later we saw that orders were starting to get messed up, and we asked Refilwe when our order would be ready. We were told by her to go inside. Upon reaching the inside of the store Refilwe told us the machine just stopped working, and asked whether I wanted my money back. When I told her yes, she just said wait and left us standing there at the counter. About 10 minutes later I got her attention and asked what the hold-up was, and she started yelling for someone. Around 5 minutes after that Johanna came from the back at an extremely leisurely pace to give back my money, not in the least even thinking about apologising. When I asked her name she rudely pointed to her nametag and said 'this is my name'. NEVER AGAIN!!!
