BAD SERVICE

I visited Rooihuiskraal Nando's Friday night and the "waiter" who served us - Sandla is no good.
That guy must have been drinking or smoking something.
It took him 10 minutes to take our order after we were informed at the counter that we must sit down and someone will come and take our order. I'm not used to this, normally you place your order at the counter and a number is given to you and you go sit down.
We finally ordered and waited 10 minutes for our drinks.
We ordered chicken livers a roll and half a chicken with Peri Peri Wedges.
We told Sandla to bring the food out together, he didn't listen, he brought out the chicken livers and we told him we asked for the food to be sent out together, he didn't offer to take it back and keep it warm, he left the chicken livers on the table. I didn't eat my food as it is rude while others are with you to eat before them.
Another 15 minutes when the chicken came with plain chips after we asked for Peri Peri Wedges again we pointed out to him that the order is wrong, never the less we had that as we were already waiting way to long for our food.
We complained to Sandla that the service is bad and he just said that he is the only waite
