Pathetic Service

I ordered food at Mcdonalds in Midrand across the San Ridge Shopping Centre. I went through the drive thru. I was told to park my car and they would bring the order to my car. I waited 20 minutes and no order arrived. I saw people that came after me get their food and leave. I then saw the lady bringing food to another car and got her attention and asked her when my order was arriving cause I have been waiting 20 minutes. She then went to go check on my order. Finally bringing it to me. I spent 30 minutes to get two burgers which to me is ridiculous service especially since they were not even busy. If I had not asked the lady then I would have continuously been waiting. Very bad service.
