YOUR SERVICE IS UP TO!!!

We went to KFC in Lambton yesterday evening. We ordered hot wings and was told they don't have enough we can wait in the parking for max 10 minutes and they will bring it to us, which I don't have a problem with. We parked and waited, after 15 minutes I walk in to see where our order was, needless to say our order was standing on the counter getting cold. I asked the first lady and she rudely said " ask that side, not my responsibility". I asked the next one, "oh sorry I got on duty now, I don't know where your order is" After having to shout for my PAID order they wanted to give my that cold order, so I had to fight AGAIN to get proper service which I PAID for!!! When I asked where the manager was they just pointed to her, not wanting to call her, eventually after having to asked 4 people she came to me, not satisfying me as an upset customer just oh sorry for that. We waited 20 minutes for our food and it was a simple plain order! This is so unacceptable to me! I will not go there again! This is not the first time it happened to me at the same store!!! PLEASE BE PREPARED TO LOOSE YOUR TEMPER AND WAIT FOREVER FOR YOUR FOOD WHEN GOING THERE!!!
