Service and no management want to attend!!!

Sad to tell my tale of Mochacho's in Lenasia, this is my story:
I placed an order telephonically and was told to collect in 25-30 minutes.
I got there just after 30 minutes and spoke to the lady that does collection of orders.
In my time of waiting for an additional 45 minutes, there were 3 orders being returned.
This prompted me to check my order when I received it.
My simple order of a double chicken cheese burger and chips came out cold.
I send the order back as it was not freshly made. I then asked for management and was told by Gladys that he will see me shortly. This did not happen. I received a second burger and chips - another 25 minutes later. The same problem! The order was COLD! Still no manager! The guy is called Hanif and or Romeo was in management. Neither one of them had the decency to attend to any of the client's complaints. Sadly I walked away and did many clients on this Sunday evening to get to another franchise to buy they food. Wake UP mochachos!
