Terrible food and service

I visited the Adega express in sandy on city on 20/12/13, I was told that they will open at 10:30am as their kitchen staff was not ready. Went back at 10:35, and was told, that the staff was still not ready, and that I should wait for 15 minutes. Finally opened at 11am. I ordered a mocachino, one kiddies prawn wrap with chips on the side, a quater chicken meal (breast portion) and a can of coke.
Waiter brings black coffee with milk as he says no mocachino.
And 30 minutes later brings to the table kiddies wrap, with chips that's dry and looks a day oldr 40 minutes I enquire about chicken meal, the waiter goes to the kitchen, comes back and says, that the cook says its faster to serve a leg portion than a breast... and as I'm quite famished I said its fine... plz bring it. 15 minutes later I am serves with a portion of chicken that is no bigger that a piece of chicken wing. As I refused that meal, and asked for the manager... who seemed somewhat apologetic at the time, I kindly asked for the bill for the coffee and kids meal. The manager insisted on a complimentary meal, which was cold chicken rice, that was off, and when given the bill, I was charged for everything
