Ad service ruining my day

I placed an order at 12pm and i am still waiting for it to be delivered.

the rude girl on the other end of the line has still not place my order and i am on the verge of starvation.

all i wanted is lunch and she attempted to blame my phone which is working perfectly fine.

i am extremely disgruntled and disappointed in the quality (or rather lack of) of your staff.

this cannot possibly be acceptable
