I refer to online order number 2015362/20131218/CNA. Purchased on 18 Dec.

Telephone conversation with Dineo at 13h25 on 24 Dec 2013, refers.

Despite online confirmation that order would be delivered BEFORE Christmas at time of purchasing, no delivery has taken place. Call centre agent Dineo confirmed that order cannot be found on your system and an email has been sent to the courier company to respond before close of business 24 Dec. No surprise - no response.

No apology or explanation regarding what went wrong. Dineo just confirmed that if the order is found the courier could still deliver 24 or 25 Dec, to which I asked if I would be at the stated delivery address (at work) on Christmas day as they didnt ask where I would be to take receipt. Makes it sound like an empty promise just to get me off the line.

Dineo asked if I would like to talk to another agent. I said I didnt and just wanted the order delivered. I thanked Dineo for her poor response and lack of interest and I thanked her for ruining someones Christmas gift.

I sent a mail to your [Email Removed] on 24 Dec and have received no response.

All i want to know is: where is my order & when is delivery?
