Lack of response & incorrect order delivered

I am very disappointed in the service received from Exclusive Books.
I ordered a product online on 26 August 2013 (Ref: 1040264655) with a 5-9 day delivery estimate, and received an automated response letting me know my order was placed. After that, I received absolutely no feedback from them. If I went to the website to check on my order, no information was given on the status of my order, and clicking "Track My Order" just reloaded the same page.
I sent a polite messge through to customer service via the link on the page, requesting feedback on my order, and, to date, have not had any response other than the automated message acknowledging my comment.
Finally on 16 September (3 full weeks after the order was placed), I have received a parcel containing the incorrect product!
When calling the customer service line, the phone just rings - I let it ring for 4 minutes before hanging up.
I am extremely disappointed in the service from what was my favourite book store, for their lack of feedback, uninformative website, wrong order delivered, and not answering mails or calls. I am certainly not ever going to be ordering anything online from them again.
