Waiter swears and complains about tip

I went for supper with my wife and asked for a calistos espresso at the end of my meal. The espresso arrived and and straight away i noticed the condensed milk in the glas was very low. I tasted it and it was horrible. I called the waiter and told him i wasnt happy as there was too little condensed milk and to bring some sugar. He offered to make a new one and i watched in the distance the manager bring a new can of condensed milk. So there was obviously a little left and we got it as he was too lazy to get more.the new espressos arrive with way too much condensed milk and it was horribly sweet. I sent mine back and asked for the bill. I paid my bill and gave a small tip of R10 as I was very unhappy. On my way out, another waiter says in an african language (u ya glanya lo msunu, u tipa malini?)which means"this p#%s is mad, how much did he tip you? unfortunately for him, i undwrstood and asked him what he said in his language and he replied he wasnt speaking to me. I regret not smakig the out of him. People like this dont deserve jobs.
