I find it more than inconvenient that your system changes a delivery date to the day after if an order is placed after 2pm. If i had known that i would never have ordered from you in the first place! I don't care if it is an automated system you should put a warning on your website informing the customers that this happens as when you place an order is shows next available order date as the next day. So now my delivery will only be delivered tomorrow when i am out the country.. thank you for ruining something that would have been special!!! and NO I DON"T WANT A VOUCHER TO TRY AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT I WANT MY DELIVERY DONE TODAY!!! and it is awfully convenient that the manager is not available today! Netflorist!
