Bad feedback, and bad delivery

So, after having a previous bad experience with [URL Removed] I tried to give them another chance. How wrong was I.

I placed an order, and after placing it, I wanted to change the quantity of one CD, from one to two. I was emailed back and told I can place an order and combine them. Low and behold, after placing the order, I couldn't combine them. Now I have to pay for delivery on the second parcel, after I was told that would not be necessary.

Now, upon receiving my first order, a mini series I ordered was replaced. I ordered "From the Earth to the Moon", a documentary series about the US Space Program, and was given a "Tom and Jerry" collection. How is that even close? Someone packaged the order, and would have been able to see what is included, because the order paper was in the box with the objects ordered, and the objects to be delivered, but probably couldn't care less. Now, they will pick it up, and I have to place my order again. I was ensured I would not have to pay delivery on my new order. I've heard that before.

I am extremely disappointed. There is nostalgic value to the documentary, but my excitement has been destroyed. Terrible, terrible service.
