Poor service at KFC Braamfontein

The teller at KFC Braamfontein pretended not to remember the order that I had made just 5 minutes prior. The other member of staff then said customers must make their order to kitchen staff (presumably by screaming over to them) because he does not cook he puts orders together. The teller who I had had a lengthy talk to about my order then and said that things were not as I was explaining and proceeded to laugh at the ensuing chaor which resulted in my order taking several minutes to correct. Very disappointing and low level of service.
