Romans Pizza
BORING CHICKEN PIZZA WITH NO SWEET CHILLI

On the 7/09/2013, I placed a phone order for 4 pizza's at Romans Fordsburg, 1 of which was the sweet chilli chicken pizza. Upon collection, after paying, i opened my box to see if my pizza's were correct. i noticed a pizza that i didn't order (a plain boring chicken pizza). the lady behind the counter tells me, "Sorry, we forgot to tell you when you called that we don't have any pepperdew". I then explained to her that the pepperdew makes it "sweet chilli" and without the pepperdew, its a plain chicken pizza. Why should i pay the price of the sweet chilli & get a chicken pizza that i don't even like? the manager comes to me & says we are sorry, there is nothing else we can do! anyway, my chicken pizza went to the carguard outside, and i promise that my appetite was spoilt... never ate any of the other 3 pizza's as well that night! kept it in the fridge & had it the next morning! the funny part is when you ask for something extra on a pizza at Romans, you are quickly charged for it, but when they don't have something that you have paid for, tough luck for you sucker! that's the attitude i got from the manager!
