YOUR MANAGER AND KITCHEN STAFF NEED TRAINING!!!

I placed a call at 11:30am 2014/02/04 to Steers (Grosvenor Crossing) and my order was first taken by a clearly confused kitchen staff member. On him getting my order wrong twice, even after repeating it severally, I requested for the manager. The manager then made me repeat the order and he confirmed that he (Manager) had noted the correct meals to be sent out to our offices and to expect it in 30-45mins. Fair enough! Until the food gets to the office, within the allocated time frame, but cold... chips looking old, dry and very evidently re-fried... or perhaps just re-warmed in the microwave... and to cap it off... he got 2 of the 4 meal orders completely wrong!! Unfortunately for us, we had already paid and the rider was already gone.

Peeved, I called back the store and the manager had no time to speak with me, as he asked his assistant (whilst I could hear)... to take a message!! I insisted on speaking to him and after being kept on hold for about 4 minutes... he eventually came to the phone and nonchalantly announced that the kitchen must have got the order wrong!! How does the manager let food go out without checking it first??? something's clearly not right! Poor service!
