Durbanville KFC needs URGENT attention

When ever you go in this KFC the staff are always screaming on top of their voices that the customers have to scream to place orders. The staff never use please or thank you and it seems they know they have the monopoly so customer service is not a priority. I went in the store on 7 September at 21:30 to order food. The cashier firstly addresses me as "hello sissy". After I place my order she says "chicken takes 20 minutes, you want to wait? " I decide to wait and so does about 4 other customers that have ordered before me. I get my order before all the other customers only because the cashier could not remember all the orders. On arriving home I taste the chips and realise that the staff had not made fresh chips as they were ice cold and the brown paper packet had started to fall apart from all the oil that had dripped out of the chicken! You NEVER see a supervisor on duty and it seems the staff have a roaring time in the store. I wasn't the only unhappy customer in the store. I hate going into this store.
