Incorrect order at drive thru

I went to the Mcdonalds Cresta Drive thru to purchase two medium cajun and mexican meals respectively. I was then told to go wait at the parking where my order was to be brought to me and after a number of minutes it was. After having to drive all the way to braamfontein with my order i realised when i arrived home that the had given me an incorrect order, was given an quater pounder and mcroyal. I then drove all the way back to have this rectified and all i had got from them was a sorry. Not considering the fact that i had wasted my petrol! And also had been over charged since i had bee given the incorrect order. Orders should be checked before especially when customers are made to wait at the grilling. Poor service resulting in customers spwnding a whole lot more just to get what they wanted.
