Wimpy Braamfontien Regularly Get Orders Incorrect

I'm totally fed up with the service wimpy Braamfontein provides i order a breakfast from the outlet almost every day and they almost always get the order wrong this morning is no different it has come to stage were i have to ask the person taking my order to repeat back to me what i have requested two time guess what they still get it wrong!!!
The Manager Sally is well aware of the problem but does nothing to fix it i cannot accept apologies every day it is sickening
Her excuse for today is that the staff taking the order doesn't speak English well. Who's problem is that mine? i don't think so Sally spend the money to get your staff trained to provide decent levels of service it's your problem stop making excuses fix the problem.
