NO BREAKFAST THO WAITING TO ORDER FOR 20 MINUTES!

Went to order breakfast at Lakeside malls Macdonalds. Got into the drive-through line at 10.18, and waited to order. Got to order stand at 10.35, and was told that I could not order breakfast! Asked for the manageress, Priscilla, and Im guessing the staff didnt tell her, as she didnt show to help me. When we got to the order window, I saw that they have trainee staff on the till. Macdonalds, if you are SO busy, and you know this, then either get some-one at your branch to start taking the orders from the cars, OR replace your trainee with someone who knows the till, to manage the influx of customers! The trainee could not tell me WHY I couldnt order breakfast, even though I had waited for 22 minutes in the line to order! All he could tell me is that there were problems with the card machine. So 2 factors should have made this branch understand that they should have allowed for orders at 10.35-trainee staff, and machine problems, as well the busy influx of customers, and the extra long time to order. Catch a wake-up, I wont be back
