Good day... I went to Fishaways on Friday, the 11th of October 2013 to order takeaways for me and my family. We were Order number 98. We only had 4 dishes that we have ordered. After 30 minutes I realized that Order number 103 has already received their order, and has left with it (it was bigger than my order, and more). So I went to the cashier Caroline and asked why my order is taking so long... So she realized that half of my order was standing there and getting cold, and she was talking to the kitchen staff in her own language about the rest of my order, and she said to me just a few minutes more. So I was not impressed, I insisted to see the Manager and she called the Manager 4 times, as the Manager responded in her language but have not made an effort to come out from the back. So I told Caroline, I'm going to complain and she laughed at me and said I must do it. Now this is unacceptable! I am truly disgusted. Especially if the Manager can NOT be an example to her staff! There were other customers that saw it happen, so you have lost more than one customer. (I came all the way from Roodepoort, as it was the only Fishaways open after my working hours, but I'll never go there.)
