Bad service and rude staff

It was about 9:15pm when we arrived. We were helped at 9:30pm. My fiance placed his order 1st. I decided to place a 2nd after we forget a few things in his order. I was standing at the till for 15 minutes before my order was taken. As the next customer in the line this is unacceptable. The staff all left the till area and went to the kitchen 2 help pack orders. There was nobody in front to help myself of the other 5 customers in the line behind me. We called several cashiers @ come & assist us & each one of them said "we will be there now" but now was 15 minutes later. I called the manager in training Rod & he just looked at us & walked to the back throwing his hand in the way to say just go. This is suppose to be the manager of a future store? pathetic!!! I then called a cashier who was the manager, Janine S, who after i said u have tills empty with no staff to help, she rudely said u must just wait we are busy. She was rude, had no way of speaking nicely and shouted at me, trying to explain why nobody can take our orders & why everyone is in the kitchen. This type of service is unacceptable and unprofessional!!! I expect a call from a senior manager regarding this is.
