Nandos
Appalling service

On the 06/09/13 I called Nandos south gate to place an order for collection time was 19:23 I was told it will take 20 minutes. Drove to nandos, well i added 5 or more minutes. When I walked into that store it was 19:50 paid I was told to sit down my order is not ready, I sat down 20:00 my order was still not ready i stood up asked for store manager - the lady said your order is almost here. Mr store manager came I asked why must I place an order for collection but when you get here the order is not ready? Why are you taking telephone orders if you not going to execute? He apologized and said chickens were not ready da.da.da. where do I fit as a customer? Were they still slaughtering those chickens? At that time two guys were also fuming complaining about the service at that nandos it was a mess. To make matters worse the chicken wasn't well prepared surely they were in a rush to push orders! I have my receipt to prove and surely their CCTV can show what happened.

Apology will not help! Never will I make use of that Nandos.
