Want to share my experience dealing with DialDirect.
I submitted two claims during last 6 month. Hail damage and house content.
It took long with hail damage, I had to wait few months before my car was repaired. But that is easy to understand with several hail storms happened - many cars were damaged.
It was a delay caused by paperwork, I desperately needed my car back. I complained and received a phone call from Sonja (customer care centre), she organised a courtesy car for me for the time I was waiting my car to be finished. As you understand it was not included in my policy.
My house content claim went through very quick. Everything was done step by step. I was contacting Dialdirect regarding my claim but it wasn't necessary, everything was under control. I got my items replaced.

Having an experience with some others insurance companies I want to admit good standards of service provided by DialDirect.
