Dial Direct Insurance
30% price increase? REALLY?

My premiums jumped from R1799 to R2388.
a R589 increase. per month

Are these people on drugs?
I claimed for hail damage in 2012 (specifically excluded from premium increases on the Dial Direct web site)

I had an alarm system with armed response installed at my house and my premium goes up???

And this happened after Dial Direct sent my car to a BMW approved repair center that turned out NOT to be a BMW approved repair center.

Strange that this was only discovered after the repairs were done.

My MANY emails to Marcelino Snow has simply gone unanswered.

Oh, did I mention that Dial Direct charges you R193 if you move house?

DialDirect is simply unbelievable.
