Dialdirect is the worst insurance company out there.

In the time my family and I need you the most, you let us down.

I will tell everybody as far as I go.

Only because my back tires are thin won't you pay out.

Do you know what repurcussions your decisions are gonna have. Now I can't buy another car. Now I can not drive to work. So I can lose my job.

I am a contractor working at Eskom and I don't have any public transport from hartbeespoort to woodmead.

But no you don't want to pay out a measly R41000.
