Dial Direct Insurance
USING THE FAKE SPARE PARTS

I noticed that DialDirect Insurance used second hand spare parts to fix my car. It is completely unacceptable.
I think they don't have any answer for this matter. DialDirect repair consultant told me that dialdirect has right to put fake parts on the cars that are not on the warranty period!
She told me dialdirect will guaranty the quality of repairing of your car. But it is not my problem.
DialDirect used a fake door on my car which the shape is the same of original but what about the toughness?
Do they have any reliable test from a reputable company for this fake spare part? If they don't have any test results that I am sure they don't have, it means DialDirect puts me and my family as the passengers of this car in a serious danger.
In this accident my family was safe because the door was strong enough. What about the next accident?
The shape of the fake door is the same of original but the thickness of Iron sheet is not the same. It means DialDirect exposed my family to danger.
